About Meagan
Hey!
I'm Meagan
Meagan practices from the calm, nurturing space of Liebe Wellness in Moonee Ponds, Melbourne. With over 16 years of experience across clinics in both Melbourne and New Zealand, she brings a depth of care grounded in the understanding that each person’s healing process is unique.
After graduating from Otago University with a Bachelor of Science and completing her chiropractic training at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic, Meagan began practising in Melbourne in 2012. She later spent time in Rotorua, New Zealand, in 2015, before returning to Melbourne in 2016 to found Ignited Spines.
Since then, Ignited Spines has grown and evolved across several Melbourne communities — from Brighton to Seddon and Footscray — before settling in Moonee Ponds.
Her work is shaped by a deep respect for the different rhythms people move through in their lives. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, Meagan meets each person exactly where they are, creating a space where they can slow down, reconnect, and develop a greater awareness of their body and nervous system.
FAQs

Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) is an evidence-based, holistic approach that supports your body’s natural capacity for health, self-awareness, and adaptability.
It involves gentle, precise contacts along the spine that help release stored tension within the connective tissue (fascia)—without cracking or forceful adjustments.
As tension is released, your spine and nervous system can become more flexible and responsive, supporting your ability to adapt to stress on physical, chemical, emotional, and mental levels.
-
At your first visit, you and your chiropractor will review your online form and discuss your goals for care.
Your spine and posture will be assessed, and you’ll receive feedback about how your nervous system is currently functioning. This session also includes your first entrainment.
-
Network Spinal sessions (also known as entrainments) are gentle and non-invasive. You’ll be fully clothed, either lying down or seated.
Light contacts are made along your spine while we bring awareness to breath and subtle movement. This helps your nervous system release stored tension held within the connective tissue.
-
Care is tailored to you. The frequency and duration of sessions will be discussed with your chiropractor, based on your individual needs and goals.
