Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) is an evidence-based, holistic approach that supports your body’s natural capacity for health, self-awareness, and adaptability.
It involves gentle, precise contacts along the spine that help release stored tension within the connective tissue (fascia)—without cracking or forceful adjustments.
As tension is released, your spine and nervous system can become more flexible and responsive, supporting your ability to adapt to stress on physical, chemical, emotional, and mental levels.
-
At your first visit, you and your chiropractor will review your online form and discuss your goals for care.
Your spine and posture will be assessed, and you’ll receive feedback about how your nervous system is currently functioning. This session also includes your first entrainment.
-
Network Spinal sessions (also known as entrainments) are gentle and non-invasive. You’ll be fully clothed, either lying down or seated.
Light contacts are made along your spine while we bring awareness to breath and subtle movement. This helps your nervous system release stored tension held within the connective tissue.
-
Care is tailored to you. The frequency and duration of sessions will be discussed with your chiropractor, based on your individual needs and goals.
-
Wear something comfortable that allows you to relax and move easily. Leggings or loose pants and a t-shirt are ideal. Clean socks are appreciated.
